Paw & Palace was created for clients whose lives move quickly — frequent travelers, seasonal residents, and professionals who value consistency, discretion, and trusted long-term partnerships.
After more than two decades balancing travel, business ownership, and caring for animals deeply woven into family life, one thing became clear: exceptional pet and home care is difficult to find when consistency matters most.
Too often, travel required coordinating multiple providers for short trips, extended stays, medical needs, and property oversight. Even trusted arrangements could fall short when accountability or experience was missing.
Following a deeply personal loss while traveling abroad — when a senior dog was left unattended by a provider and fatally injured — I made the decision to create the concierge relationship I had searched for myself.
Paw & Palace operates differently.
Care is owner-led and intentionally limited to maintain calm environments and consistent attention. Pets are known individually. Homes are respected. Special requests are anticipated rather than managed reactively.
As a multi-business owner, I approach every relationship with professional standards familiar to my clients — clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Many clients begin with pet care and naturally expand into property oversight, travel coordination, and lifestyle support over time.

Our Services
All services are customized and thoughtfully tailored to each pet and client relationship. Paw & Palace intentionally limits capacity to ensure calm environments, consistent care, and trusted long-term partnerships.
All pet care services include:
Walks • enrichment and play • basic grooming • comfort massage • nutrition oversight • medication administration as needed • detailed parent updates and communication.
Paw & Palace accepts a limited number of households at one time to maintain exceptional standards of care.
In-Home Visits — Your Residence
(Within 10 miles of Miami Shores)
Reliable in-home visits designed to maintain routine, comfort, and consistency while owners are away or managing full schedules.
• Standard Visit (30 minutes) — $60
• Extended Visit (60 minutes) — $80
Up to 3 visits daily for established clients
DayPlay - At Paw & Palace
A structured day of companionship and enrichment within a calm, boutique home environment designed for social balance and relaxation.
Includes indoor and outdoor play, walks, grooming support, and personalized updates.
• Half Day (up to 5 hours) — $80
• Full Day (up to 10 hours) — $130
Optional Add-Ons:
• Training reinforcement or trainer coordination — $35
• Groomer or veterinary appointment coordination — $45 plus transportation.
Overnight & Full Day Stay — Paw & Palace
A boutique overnight experience where pets live as part of a peaceful household routine with personalized attention and limited occupancy.
• Up to 12 Hours — $150
• 24 Hour Stay / Overnight — $225
Additional household pet — $60 per night.
Special Needs Pet Care
Dedicated care for pets requiring medical management, mobility assistance, behavioral sensitivity, or specialized routines.
Ideal for senior pets, recovery care, or complex medication schedules.
• Day Care Add-On — +$25
• Overnight Add-On — +$40–60.
Puppy Care & Training Continuation Program
Designed for young dogs requiring consistency during travel or demanding schedules.
We reinforce training routines, provide enrichment, and coordinate with trainers when requested.

Extended Care Sits — Long Term Stays
For extended travel, relocation transitions, or seasonal absences.

Hotel & Private Vacation Home Care
Ideal for visiting clients staying at luxury hotels, private residences, or vacation rentals who would like dedicated companionship for their pet while enjoying events, dining, or travel activities.
An attendant remains with your pet to provide calm supervision, companionship, and routine care.
• Half Day (up to 4 hours) — $600
• Full Day (up to 8 hours) — $1,000
Luxury transportation available upon request.
Special Event Pet Attendant
Professional care during weddings, celebrations, photo sessions, or private gatherings so pet parents can fully enjoy their event without managing their pet throughout.
Transportation coordination available when required.
• Half Day (up to 4 hours) — $600
• Full Day (up to 8 hours) — $1,000
Luxury Transportation
Private pet transportation in a Paw & Palace vehicle for comfort and safety.
Available for:
Veterinary appointments
Grooming visits
Airport coordination

Clients may reserve exclusive use of the Paw & Palace environment for pets requiring privacy or individualized care.
• Exclusive Residence Rate — $375–450 per night.
Holiday Surcharges
Applied during peak travel periods due to limited availability.
• Overnight Services — +$50 per night
• Day Services — +$25.
Property / Estate / Home Oversight
Discreet, reliable property and travel support for clients who travel frequently, maintain seasonal residences, or require trusted household continuity.
Comprehensive oversight ensuring homes remain secure, maintained, and prepared for arrival at all times.
Services may include:
- Cleaning services coordinated and supervised
- Groceries ordered and stocked prior to arrival
- Repairs and maintenance coordination
- Mail and package collection
- Lighting and home presence management
- Routine security and visual property checks
- Vendor access coordination
- Detailed condition reports
- Home preparation prior to client return.

Travel Support & Concierge Coordination
